i only drunk water and diet coke...oh, and sometimes i fool myself by chewing food but spit it right away... it really worked, my pants got loose....and my weight.... from 80kg to 70kg... well, its a start :))))) i ate on the fourth to replenish my body since i really felt weak... but im back on the track... good luack to me :)

my parents are scaring me into eating, they keep giving me lots of food and if i dont eat it they threaten me with the doctors, i just want to look good, i dont think i have a condition, i'm satying out of the house so i dont have to eat breakfast or lunch, but however long i stay out theres always a dinner waiting for me at home, what can i do? they dont seem to understand that i just want to lose some wieght
