Recently i've discovered slim and sassy -it's an essential oil blend that helps your body detoxify and stops your cravings! i've been on it for like a week now and i've noticed a HUGE difference! I highly reccomend it. You can put a few drops into empty capsules so it's easier to take xxxx

I've been on the skinny girl diet for a month now and have lost approximately 10 lbs even with doing small amounts of cardio. I lowered my calorie intake even more but I've started getting headaches and feeling really sick. I began using some herbalife products that helps with headaches and curb hunger, and believe me...THESE THINGS ARE GREAT!!! Anyways just thought I'd help anyone else who had similar problems with their ana journey!
